All Tourism Operators, Providers and/or 3rd party Supplier/s contain in this information reservation distribution website, who provide the various tourism or travel related products and services, are to be true and correct and the Owner and/or licenced Operator of this information reservation distribution website or any representative/s of Global Support Centre/Global Support Network shall not be liable to any person for and is hereby released from any liability for any written or oral error, misrepresentation or other inaccuracy contained within this information reservation distribution website, unless it is proved that such written or oral error, misrepresentation or other inaccuracy was due to the negligence of the Owner and/or licenced Operator of this information reservation distribution website or any representative/s of Global Support Centre/Global Support Network.

The Owner and/or licenced Operator of this information reservation distribution website or any representative/s of Global Support Centre/Global Support Network, can not be held liable for any written or oral error, misrepresentation or other inaccuracy in any reservation, booking, purchase, payments to or by the Tourism Operator, Provider and/or 3rd party Supplier concerned, unless it is proved that such written or oral error, misrepresentation or other inaccuracy was due to the negligence of the Owner and/or licenced Operator of this information reservation distribution website or any representative/s of Global Support Centre/Global Support Network. The Purchaser agrees that his/her sole recourse in any circumstances shall be with the Tourism Provider or 3rd party Supplier of the product purchased or booking/reservation concerned.

When making a purchase or booking/reservation for any tourism or travel product or service, the Purchaser is agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of the Tourism or Travel Operator or Provider and the Owner and/or licenced Operator of this information reservation distribution website, can not be held liable for any written or oral error, misrepresentation or other inaccuracy in any reservation, booking, payment of the tourism or travel product or service being booked or used.

The Owner and/or licenced Operator of this information reservation distribution website, makes no representation or warranty to standard of service and shall not be liable to any person for the non provision or standard of any service provided by the Tourism Operator, Provider or 3rd party Supplier contained within this information reservation distribution website and the Purchaser agrees that his/her sole recourse in any circumstances shall be with the Tourism or Travel Operator or Provider of whose service/s or product/s were booked and/or used.

Disputes

All reservation and payment transactions are subject to the laws of New Zealand and any disputes arising will be litigated only in the appropriate New Zealand Court of Law.
